Watani card

National Commercial Bank announces the launch for Watani card product, the main beneficiary of this product are the Libyan families. Each family are allowed to buy 500 USD per family member on the official rate from the central bank of Libya.

The applicant should have an account in NCB bank and the required documents that the households should provide to benefit from this product are:

• National ID Number for each family member certified from the Libyan Civil registry issued recently along with A clear and colored copy of the passport.
• All requested application forms can be downloaded from the bank's website
• Fill out your KYC form
• Fill out the foreign currency purchase order form
• Fill out the application form for issuing a national card

Please note that the outstanding commission is 6 dinars for each member of the family, in addition to the amount of 10 dinars as a commission to open a foreign account in foreign currency.

Note: Personal attendance of the account holder (The Household) is a must or the legal authorized representative with the need to bring the legal document and authorization.
