Reaffirming its commitment to the principle of banking secrecy in all of its operations including the prevention of any access to or provision of any data on banking operations except through written permission from competent authorities, National Commercial Bank urged all employees not to disclose any information related to the bank's customers, their accounts, or account balances, or to enable others to circulate any official documents relevant to NCB banking operations. In the same respect, NCB management directed its employees not to represent the bank or speak on its behalf on media without the management’s permission. The management also stressed that no information or data about the bank be published on its employees’ personal pages on various social media. The administration also instructed that all pages of NCB branches on social media be closed, calling on all those dealing with the bank to rely on NCB official Facebook page carrying the blue verification badge
