NCB Bank has performed several letters of credit applications submitted through the OLC system and forwarded them to the Central Bank of Libya for foreign currency coverage. The Bank will process all LC applications that comply with the rules and conditions and release them within a period not exceeding three working days.
We encourage all companies wishing to benefit from the letter of credits product to expedite registration in the OLC system so that we can meet their requirements.
