My Family Plus

Since your comfort and the well-being of your family are our top priorities, the National Commercial Bank (NCB) offers you My Family Plus service, available through Mobi Mal app. This service is uniquely designed to give you the ability to manage the expenses of your family members or friends smartly and securely, without the need to transfer or withdraw funds from your account. My Family Plus allows you to manage beneficiaries, customize financial activity permissions, and manage balances by controlling the amount available to each beneficiary completely independently.

I added a beneficiary but couldn't activate them. What is the solution?

The beneficiary must log in to their account from their own device at least once. This allows the application to recognize and save the device identity, after which activation will happen automatically.

What should I do if the beneficiary changes their mobile device?

To protect your account, the app is linked to only one device. If the device is changed, log in from your account (the primary user), select "Reset Device ID" for the specific beneficiary, and they will then be able to log in from their new device.

Can I allocate an amount larger than my current balance?

Yes, you can set any limit you wish. However, the system will not allow the beneficiary to spend any amount that exceeds the actual balance available in your primary account.

Can the beneficiary still use the service after their name is deleted?

No. Once the service is stopped or the beneficiary is removed from “My Family Plus” list, access to the allocated funds is terminated immediately.

What services are currently available to the beneficiary?

Currently, the service is limited to purchasing prepaid cards and making payments via "Yussor Pay" (QR code). We are working on adding more unified transfer and payment services in the future.
