Prepaid Card "Visa" Limit

Disclaimer to our valued customers of the National Commercial  Bank on lowering credit limit: We would like to kindly inform you that the Central Bank of Libya issued Publication (5) for 2016 on the amendment of the annual ceiling of the sale of foreign exchange through prepaid cards (electronic credit cards) to 5000 US dollars or its equivalent in foreign currencies.
