NCB top management has announced the intention to launch its Second Line Leaders Initiative as part of its efforts to push the bank's employees to leadership positions at departmental and branch levels and to involve employees of both sexes in the process of decision-making by creating a suitable working environment consistent with their abilities and capacities. The General Manager of the National Commercial Bank, Mr. Al-Sedeq Khanfar, called on all employees who are competent and enjoy technical, scientific, and administrative skills to submit a complete technical, administrative, and banking operational action plan on how to manage an NCB branch or agency for a whole year, explaining that the plan should include full and time-bound targets, in accordance with the two models of the operational plan framework of the branch or agency and the operational plan for leading the branch or agency prepared for this matter. The General Manager pointed out that NCB employees who meet a set of conditions and who will receive initial approval will be subject to an evaluation interview and training on second line leadership to ensure that they are ready to contribute to NCB leadership in 2021.
