The Board of Directors of the National Commercial Bank is pleased to invite the Bank’s Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly to convene on Wednesday, 26 August 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the premises of the Ministry of Economy and Trade in the Garyounis area, Benghazi.
Should it not be possible to hold the meeting at the specified date and venue, the alternative meeting will be held on Thursday, 27 August 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the premises of the Ministry of Economy and Trade in the Garyounis area, Benghazi, to consider the agenda attached to this announcement.
