National ID Number Documentation

NCB announce the start of documentation process for the national ID number for all customer, this initiative will help our customers to fasten their inquiries and activating their accounts.

Customer can document their national ID by sending SMS to 16016 containing the following details
(Branch name*account number*National ID number)

Or they can document their national ID in their branches by submitting up to date national ID certificate stamped by Civil Registry Department and written on it the account number.
