As part of its constant endeavors to keep pace with technological progress, National Commercial Bank built its first WiFi6 and IoT smart building in its capital Tripoli City in partnership with WH-CONSULT CANADA. This building enjoys many features which make of it a “smart” one including the full and latest WiFi6 gigabit wireless coverage for the whole building, the ability to connect any device located anywhere in the building, in addition to providing total, smooth roaming and handoff between the building floors. Besides, this smart building supports up to 1500 simultaneous connected users inside the building with 1 GB connection provided to each user. The building also enjoys a cloud-based controller and management system, freedom of movement across floors with stable connection, high security and surveillance levels, and the ability of usage in all IoT devices. Above all, the internal wireless web of NCB new smart building offers 45% cited increase into facility performance, 42% cited increase in the development of new services compared to wired networks, and 40% cited increase in space management to provide wireless connection at every point in the building.
